Supported by cohort-based social media on the Gnowbe platform itself, learners are able to share real-time across all time zones, helping to create new behaviors and a common vernacular upon which teams build their leveraging talent for productive team-work across continents.
Coaching for Leaders apps have been taken up by Singaporean organizations at the time of release, providing a common learning experience with multi-media inputs based upon ‘byte-sized’ learning each day. Contact time with the app on each day a participant engages, is typically 10-12 minutes and there are exercises to practice and test learning at work. Apps are 5, 15 and 25 days with plans for three-stages of leader-learnings to 75 days. Working on all digital platforms, the easy navigation and ‘individual’ experiences support every participant’s learning journey. These journeys are underpinned by personal messages that may include participant-generated information and answers to fully-personalize the experience.
