She is driven by a passion to help others and a desire to seek new ways of bringing about positive change. Gail inspires others to enjoy utilising their knowledge and skills and inherent personality strengths to stay ahead. She has worked extensively in both the private and public sectors with directors and senior managers. Her early career was in HR and management development training. She is designer, deliverer and assessor for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Diploma in Management (NVQ 7) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring (NVQ 7).
Gail is an accredited professional coach with Erickson University International, Member of the Association of Coaching, Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(CFCIPD), Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting(FIBC), Chartered Management Consultant(CMC), Master NLP Practitioner & NLP Coach, and Accredited E –Scale Coach . She graduated with a BSc in Chemistry and a Certificate in Education.
Sue has designed and delivered a vast range of management, coaching and communication courses and workshops for both large and small organisations. Sue’s style is both inspiring and engaging – she uses a range of practical, meaningful exercises and activities to help link theory and methodology to practical application. Sue also provides 1-to-1 coaching for staff and managers within both private and public sector organisations to executive level.
Sue is a qualified trainer, has a Diploma in Performance Coaching, is an NLP practitioner and has an Advanced Certificate in Emotional Intelligence. Sue is also a National ‘Coach of the Year’ Award winner, which she gained in June 2006. She has been with AMA since 2004 and with 3CCCs since 2007.
Diane mainly specialises in coaching high potential and senior executives to improve personal, team and business performance, fulfill potential and accelerate career progression from leader to ‘leaders of leaders’. This often involves applying NLP techniques to achieve transformational, behavioural change that can be measured and sustained.
Diane has had a successful career of over 20 years in commercial, line management roles to Director level in multinational businesses (sales/marketing, international customer supply chain project management.) She has worked for ICI/AstraZeneca, Sainsbury’s and as a management consultant for Deloitte and The Balanced Scorecard Collaborative where she specialised in performance management/measurement.
