Inner Game Gallwey’s model of coaching based upon awareness, choices and trust
Internal reference Where a coachee habitually experiences internal approval before action, in a given context
Interrogative In the form of a question
Intervention Any change made by the coach that stimulates response in the coachee. This can be physical movement, a cough, smiling, silence, question or challenge
Kinesthetic Of feeling, including touch, taste and smell
Kócs The Hungarian word for coach and the inspiration for the word in the context of facilitated change
