We can gauge the level at which a coach is working (and their professional versatility, or lack of it) by simply looking at the evidential data in their coachees. The Four levels are:
1. Intellectualizing
2. As #1 but with intellectual pauses
3. Deeper level accessing – Self-reflective experiencing
4. Same but with pauses in excess of 2 seconds, sometimes minutes
