Rapid Culture Change – the Leadership Culture
Work Culture Change initiatives were often reported to be 7+ year processes - and then fail! We understand why these large dinasaur-initiatives failed and we know how to roll-out change that works in shorter time-frames. And we have been doing iot for clients since 2004.

Structured elements are provided by us (and your staff if participating). These elements may include training, coaching, awareness events, co-coaching programmes and an internal skills-practice and development forum. We can further enhance using video media, webinars and team podcasts to add structure to the learning journeys.

- Developing an L&D environment to support training and change
- Identify and develop coaching ‘experts’ internally to champion coaching
- Create a clear vision and a workable plan aligned to business objectives at Board level
- Establish sustainable management resources (and structures inclusing measurement/incentives) to focus on embedding coaching in the mid and long terms
- Create commitment to reward &/or recognition related to coaching behaviours and performance specifically.
