Enhanced CMI Coaching for Senior Managers & Directors
This level 5, CMI certificated course provides powerful and practical techniques for enhancing your practical application of coaching skills. Not only that, but you will understand more about how to create vast improvements and motivation in other people too.
This 5-day qualification programme will systematically develop your skills, expand your knowledge and build your confidence to influence others in any situation with staff, stakeholders and directors.
Practical learning takes place in the training rooms via coaching sessions together with group work facilitated by highly experienced and qualified tutors. There are 30 hours of tutor-led training, a minimum of 12 hours of coaching pracice and a minimum of 15 hours of reflective learning coupled with learning-log activity. This course is externally assessed by the Chartered Management institute.
