ED:Group Trainings

We provide the following off-the-shelf trainings as well as a host of bespoke training for organisations. Apart from the awareness courses, all trainings are designed for learning effectiveness with practical learning that is tested in the training room and will be applied immediately back at work.

• Coaching for Project Leaders & Managers – ILM level 3 (AMA certificated) - 5 days in separated training-days with interval activity
• Coaching for Project Leaders & Managers – ILM level 3 (national ILM cert) – 5 days in separated training-days with interval activity
• Coaching for More Senior Managers & Directors – CMI level 5 (national CMI cert) - 5 days in separated training-days with interval activity
• The Coaching Manager Courses - (AMA certificated) – 3, 4 or 5 day courses in separated training days with interval activity
• Coaching Skills Module 1 – (AMA certificated) – 2 consecutive training days of basic skills in facilitation/coaching-style-of-managing for performance
• Coaching Skills Module 2 – (AMA certificated) – 1 day of intermediate skills training to follow module 1
• Coaching & Mentoring – Integration Skills for Managers, 2 days
• The NLP course, 2 days
• Stress Management for Managers – half day awareness training
• Stress Management for Staff – half day or 1 day trainings for practical management of stress
