Dr McLeod is also first-call coach for remedial-coaching with top-level executives who have lost their way or lost the confidence of some of their team. In some cases, whole boards are coached with a view to obtaining coaching for one specific senior executive who, though of great importance to the organisation, may be disruptive with some stakeholders. Even a cynical and resistant director working on the world-stage can reach a breakthrough in 10-20 minutes with Angus McLeod; the 1-2-1 then starts to make significant progress as a functional, performance partnership for change. Two sessions of 150 minutes are typically sufficient.
